WebAIRS terms, conditions and policies
Please read
carefully and completely the terms of the agreement which follow. By accessing
the Australian and New Zealand Tripartitite Anaesthetic Data Committee (ANZTADC) website and/or
Networks, and/or ANZTADC’s learning and collaboration management system, you agree to be bound by
the terms of this agreement. ANZTADC is administered by the Australian and New
Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA) on behalf of ANZCA, the Australian
Society of Anaesthetists (ASA) and the New Zealand Society of Anaesthetists
(NZSA). The ANZTADC website is known as WebAIRS which is the Web based
Anaesthetic Incident Reporting System. The ANZTADC terms and conditions mirror those of
the parent organisation ANZCA. If you do not wish to be bound to the terms of
this agreement, you must not access the site.
- Cookie policy:
A cookie is a small temporary text file sent to your device by our web server. The cookie can subsequently be retrieved by our web server to verify the identity of the source. Cookies are frequently used on websites, and you can choose if and how a cookie will be accepted by configuring your preferences and options in your browser. webAIRS only needs the minimum setting
and so you can turn off all the other options if you wish. When you visit our website, we set a temporary cookie which contains the session ID. This cookie does not contain any personal data. When you log out of your account, the login cookie will be removed. If you forget to log out, or there is no activity from your browser, the cookie will be invalidated after 4 hours. As they do not contain any personal data these settings preserve anonymity. If you would like to know more information, or see an example of a session cookie, then please contact ANZTADC.

made to gain the consent for the image or photgraph to be published. If you would like a
